By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

We will do our best to provide quality service and products for all customers. However, there will be some circumstances which may beyond our control and would need your kind understanding and co-operations. Please refer to the following descriptions and contact us should you need further assistance. Happy shopping! ^_^

  • A) ORDER

  • 1. How do I order?

    Click on your desired item, add it to your shopping cart and once you are ready, you can proceed to your shopping cart for check out. Please ensure that the correct item/ color/ size has been selected before proceeding to check out.

    2. Do I need to have an account to start purchasing?

    Yes, you would need to log in by using Facebook account or sign up as our official member to proceed for checkout.

    This will make your future purchase more convenient as you may check your order status in "My Account" section. Moreover, your billing and shipping details will be saved under your account. Most importantly, you will be entitled to more exclusive members' promotion in the future! ;)

    3. Can I amend my order?

    Yes, you can, as long as you have not made any payment yet. Firstly, go back to your shopping cart to remove your item or amend the quantity and options required and then proceed to check out.

    Kindly note that no exchanges and refund are allowed after payment made, as we would ship out the goods according to the list of successful transactions. You may refer to the Return and Exchange policy for more details.

    4. Has my order been placed successfully?

    All successful transactions will receive an order confirmation email within 15 minutes. If you have not received your order confirmation email, please check your order summary in "My Account" and your email junk folder. Alternatively, you may contact us to confirm the placement of your order.

    5. An item I'm interested in is out of stock or would like to purchase in bulk. What should I do?

    You can always drop us an email at pickme.general@gmail.com to enquire about stock availability! Simply include the design name/ reference code, size, and color in your email and we will get back to you the soonest! Also, you may drop by our web store from time to time for the latest update.

    6. What is your payment method & bank account details?

    Payment gateway is provided for easier process as you may select your preferred payment method from Visa, Master, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Hong Leong Bank, Public Bank and etc.

    Or else, you may do online bank transfer/ bank into our one and only official bank account as below within 24 hours after placing order to avoid your order being cancelled:-

    By then, please remember to send your payment receipt to pickme.general@gmail.com within 24 hours after payment made and we would ship out your goods accordingly.

    When placing an order, you undertake that all details provided to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used, or making any payment required to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.

    7. How long it takes to verify my payment?

    Kindly give us up to 24 hours to verify your payment after sending us the bank in slip. However, it may takes slightly longer for inter-bank transfer. We ask for your kind understanding and we will try our best to keep the process easy and fast.

    8. What if I couldn't make payment within 24 hours due to exceptional cases but still interested to get the items?

    Kindly email us at pickme.general@gmail.com or inform us via Message Box if you could not make payment within 24 hours. We will extend the payment up to maximum 48 hours for you.

    9. Do you provide COD/ Self Collection?

    Sorry, we will be only accepting Online Payment/ Direct Bank Transfer/ Cash Deposit at the moment. Item(s) will be delivered by registered mail or self collect at our office. Please PM us for appointment and refer to the SHIPPING section for more details.

    10. Do you accept Partnership, or Group/Corporate order for events and functions? 

    Yes, we absolutely welcome all inquiries and partnerships with both individual and group/ corporate. Please send us email at pickme.general@gmail.com and we shall discuss further from there! :)
